Yes! BL Sweet Store works with personalized products and creative stationery. You can personalize items such as notebooks, notepads, planners, bookmarks, stickers, kits, gifts for independent authors, and other products available in the store. When the product requires artwork, name, phrase, logo, theme, or specific information, please check everything carefully before production.

Can I change the artwork or information after finalizing the order?

If the order has not yet entered production, we will do our best to adjust it. However, once production has started, we cannot guarantee changes, especially for personalized products.

For personalized products, made to order, or produced with information approved by the customer, exchanges or returns will only be made in cases of production error, defect, or shipment of a different item than the one purchased.
